Some moments deserve something personal.
Little Folk Studio offers personalised gifts and keepsakes designed to celebrate the people, pets and memories that matter to you. Depending on the product, personalisation may include names, dates, short messages, photographs or selected design options.
Personalisation availability is shown on each product page. Not every product can be customised.
How to place a personalised order
- Choose a product that offers personalisation.
- Enter the requested name, date, wording or other details on the product page.
- Upload your photograph if the product requires one.
- Review all information carefully before completing your order.
- We will create your item using the details you submitted.
Please check all spelling, dates and capitalisation carefully. Personalised items are produced using the information entered with your order.
Photographs and artwork
For photo products, please provide the clearest and highest-resolution original image available.
Images should be:
- Sharp and well lit
- Free from screenshots, filters or heavy compression
- Large enough for the selected product
- Clear around the main person or pet
If an image is unsuitable for production, we may contact you for a replacement. Production will begin once all required information and usable files have been received.
Design previews and changes
A design preview is only provided when stated on the product page or when we determine that approval is necessary before production.
Where a preview is supplied, it includes one reasonable round of minor adjustments. Changes to the selected product, artwork style, wording concept or overall design may require an additional fee.
Production begins after approval. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Bespoke requests
Our standard personalised products offer the fastest and most reliable ordering process.
If you need something outside the options shown online, contact us before placing an order. Please include:
- The type of product
- Required quantity
- Personalisation details
- Preferred size or colour
- Required delivery date
- Any reference images
We will confirm whether the request is possible and provide pricing before any work begins. Completely original designs, unusual materials and urgent orders may not always be available.
Production time
Personalised products require additional preparation and production time. The estimated processing time is shown on the relevant product page and does not include shipping time.
If your order is needed for a particular date, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been confirmed in writing.
Personalised item returns
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the approved order details, contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
